Our Story

As siblings, we both dealt with skin issues growing up. What helped wasn't a miracle product. It was consistency — small habits, repeated daily. That's something we learned from Korean skincare culture.

Every trip to Korea, we'd come home with boxes of towels in our luggage. Friends would notice them in our bathroom, try one, and ask where to get them. So we'd share. Then we'd run out. We tried what was available here, but nothing felt the same.

After a while, the question wasn't if we should bring these to the US. It was why we hadn't already.

So we made our own.

After a decade of using facial towels, Seoul Cleanse is the one we wish we'd had from the start.

Our Footprint

We made a choice early: if a material doesn't belong on your skin or in the earth, we won't use it. A Seoul Cleanse towel is 100% biodegradable cotton — no synthetics, no plastic fibers, no chemical finishes.

Our manufacturing follows the same principle. Seoul Cleanse towels are cut using waterjet technology — the same precision process trusted in aerospace and medical manufacturing. No hazardous fumes, no chemical byproducts, minimal material/energy waste.

Every product has trade-offs. Reusable towels save material but cost water, energy, and detergent with every wash, and shed microfibers into waterways. Single-use towels skip the laundry cycle but require fresh cotton each time. There's no perfect answer — only honest choices about what you prioritize.

Our packaging follows the same standard: pure paper, no wax coatings, no plastic linings — fully recyclable as-is. And we're not done. As we grow, we're exploring partnerships and packaging innovations to reduce our footprint further.
