Because we’re offering free shipping on all early access orders, we’re currently unable to accept returns or exchanges. This allows us to keep things simple and accessible as we gather feedback and build toward launch.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement — just email us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@seoulcleanse.com.
