We want you to feel great about your Seoul Cleanse experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-day guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement, credit, or a refund.
You don't need to ship opened product back. Shipping returns adds waste we'd rather not create — we'd rather you keep what you have or pass it along.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@seoulcleanse.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and send you a free replacement.
Packaging note
Occasionally, the outer box may show minor cosmetic wear from transit — this is normal and doesn't affect the product inside, which is fully sealed and protected. If your box arrives significantly damaged or opened, just email us with a photo and we'll take care of it.
A few things to note
Our 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. For repeat purchases, we're happy to offer replacements or credit for damaged or incorrect orders.
Due to the nature of our product, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Unopened boxes in their original packaging may be eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime — no fees, no hassle. Manage your subscription through your account or email us for help.
